- Booking details you enter: full name, phone number, home address, area and city, the service you need, number of sessions or package, preferred date and time, any additional details you choose to add, and a coupon code if you use one.
- Health-related details: if you describe your condition or symptoms in the details box, or tell us about them by phone or message, that is health information. Please share only what is useful for planning your visit.
- Calls and messages: anything you tell us when you call, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Technical information: your browser stores your language choice on your own device so the site remembers it. Loading the site's fonts from Google Fonts means Google receives standard request information such as your IP address. The website platform or its plugins may also set cookies or keep server logs for security and performance.
How the booking form works
The booking form on this website does not save your details on the website. When you press the send button, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message that opens on your device, and you choose whether to send it to us. Once a message is sent, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to it, as well as this policy once it reaches us.
How we use your information
- To confirm, schedule and deliver your physiotherapy visit;
- To contact you about your appointment, including rescheduling;
- To plan treatment that suits your condition and goals;
- To keep the records reasonably needed to provide care;
- To meet legal or professional obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Your information is handled by Dr. Saman Shoukat and the Manha Home Care team who arrange and deliver your visit. We share it with others only when needed to provide the service (for example, the messaging or hosting services we rely on), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and care information for as long as it is needed to arrange and provide your care and to keep reasonable records, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
- You can ask us to tell you what booking information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by calling 0321 8531035.
- You can clear your saved language choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
- You are free to give us less information and to tell us if you would rather not share something.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of storing or transmitting information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are booked by adults, including parents or guardians on behalf of a child or a family member. If you book for someone else, please make sure you are entitled to share their details.
